Terms and Conditions

Compliance with the following Terms and Conditions are implicit upon placing your order.

Products and Descriptions

  • Please ensure that the description and measurement of the item(s) in your order match your expectations.
  • Although unlikely, some measurements may slightly vary due to human error.
  • Refunds and exchanges will not be issued for clearance items.

Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is complete and accurate, otherwise your package may be lost or shipped back to us.
  • A re-shipment fee will be incurred on lost or unclaimed packages if the buyer chooses to keep the order.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be incurred on lost or unclaimed packages that the buyer no longer wants.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of order placement, after which cancellations are subject to a 15% fee.
  • No cancellations are allowed after shipment. 

Taxes and Customs Duties

  • We do not charge fees on duty, taxes, and customs.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties in their country.

Damaged Items

  • If there are any damaged items in your package, please contact us with your order number and pictures of the damaged item(s) within 1 week of receipt. 

Lost Packages

  • If there are no tracking updates on your package within two weeks, please contact us so that we can take steps to resolve the issue.

Returned Packages

  • Packages that are incorrectly filled out or unclaimed will be shipped back to us, at which point we will contact you to re-ship or cancel your order.
  • For re-shipped orders, a fee will be incurred.
  • For cancelled orders, a 20% restocking fee will be incurred.
