1. Can I make changes to my order?

We process orders as quickly as possible (sometimes on the same day!), we will try our best to assist however once an order is dispatched no changes can be made! 

If the order has not shipped, please provide the order number with the request!

2. I provided a wrong / incomplete address during checkout. What should I do now?

Please contact us ASAP! If the parcel is not yet shipped, we can manually change the shipping label on your package.

3. How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order without charge, please contact us within 24 hours of order placement. After 24 hours, your order will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. Packages that have already been shipped out will not be eligible for cancellation.

Please note that there is a processing fee on every credit card transaction that is non-refundable. If your cancellation request is placed within 24 hours of order placement, then any processing fees from credit card companies (such as paypal) will be deducted from your refund.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately our website is not currently taking international orders, but our Etsy is available for international orders!
