All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times may vary. For domestic orders, please anticipate delays of up to 2 weeks; delays on international orders will differ based on factors like customs inspections, air traffic disruptions, etc.

Shipping Policies

  • Please be aware that all shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Please ensure that the shipping address is correct during the checkout process. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, packages may be lost, and any extra fees incurred (e.g., shipping and restocking fees) will be the responsibility of the buyer. This applies to unclaimed packages as well.
  • For example, an order of $10 before shipping fees will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the buyer chooses not to re-ship the package—a refund of only $8 will subsequently be issued.
